What health and safety procedures are followed in the bakery?
Our bakeries frequently clean and sanitize high-contact areas, perform frequent handwashing, and instruct any team member who is feeling sick to stay home. Check your local bakery for delivery options for added comfort.

How much do your cakes cost?

Can I order fewer than a dozen Bundtinis®?
Bundtinis® are sold by the dozen, and you can get 12 different flavors in one box.

What are your frosting options?
For all of our cake sizes, you can enjoy them with regular, extra or no frosting. If you would like an alternative to our signature frosting petals, our 8” and 10” Bundt Cakes can be topped with our drizzle frosting design or, for a lighter touch, a light drizzle.

Are Nothing Bundt Cake® bakeries nut-free facilities?
Some of the flavors we offer contain products such as peanuts or tree nuts that are consistently present in our bakeries. In addition, some of our ingredients are manufactured in plants that process nuts. We do our best to control cross-contamination but cannot guarantee that it does not happen.

Do you have a gluten-free cake?
Yes! Our Chocolate Chip Cookie and Gluten-Free Lemon Raspberry flavors are made with gluten-free ingredients. However, Nothing Bundt Cakes® is not a certified gluten-free environment. Size and availability can vary, so we suggest you contact your preferred bakery to ensure that your needs are met.

Do you have a dairy-free cake?
Yes! Carrot, which is always on our menu, and Pumpkin Spice, an annual seasonal flavor available in the fall, are considered dairy-free when requested with no frosting.

Do you have any egg-free cakes?
We don’t offer any egg-free cakes at this time, but we do have gluten-free and dairy-free options.

Do you have any sugar-free cakes?
We don’t have sugar-free cakes at this time, but we do have dairy-free and gluten-free cakes.

Do you have any vegan cakes?
We don’t offer any vegan cakes at this time, but we do have gluten-free and dairy-free cakes.

Do you have any keto cakes?
We don’t offer any keto cakes at this time, but we do have gluten-free and dairy-free cakes.

Are your Bakeries Kosher Certified?
All of our bakeries are Standard Kosher, which ensures that all products adhere to the fundamental principles of kosher laws, including using only kosher ingredients and adhering to proper preparation methods. Please contact your local bakery for more information.

Do I have to pre-order my cake, or do you take walk-in orders?
We have select sizes and flavors of cakes available for walk-ins at our bakeries. If you have your heart set on a particular flavor or decoration, then consider pre-ordering to ensure you get exactly what you want.

How do I pre-order my cake? Is payment required upfront or at the time of pickup?
Pre-orders are accepted online at www.nothingbundtcakes.com, through the Nothing Bundt Cakes® app, over the phone, or in person at our bakeries. Pre-payment is required.

Does Nothing Bundt Cakes® deliver?
Yes, most of our bakeries offer delivery for your convenience. Your cakes will either be delivered by a Nothing Bundt Cakes® team member or through a delivery partner who will ensure your cakes arrive in perfect condition!

Can I change my pickup or delivery time?
To coordinate a new pickup or delivery time, please reach out to the bakery where your order was placed.

I forgot to pick up my cake order yesterday! Can I still pick it up today?
Please reach out to the bakery where your order was placed to discuss your options.

Is there a limit to how much cake I can order?
Is there a limit on joy? Please order as much as you want and consider pre-ordering.

Do you offer special pricing on large orders?

Do you offer shipping?
Want to send some joy? Our shipping options vary by location, so please reach out to the bakery closest to your desired delivery destination. Or consider delivery!

Can I change, cancel, or request a refund of my order after it has been placed?
In the event you need to change, cancel, or request a refund on an order, please contact the bakery where you placed your order. Cancellation and refund policies may differ by bakery.

I am having trouble placing an order online. What do I do?
Call the bakery where you want to place your order.

Are there any fees when placing an order online?
When you place an order on the website, you may be charged a service fee. Service fees are based on your order subtotal, not to exceed $20 per order. This fee allows us to invest in our website and other technologies to serve you better. The service fee is separate from taxes and delivery charges.

Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes! It’s called Bundtastic Rewards™, and it’s free to join. You get points for nearly every purchase, which you can turn into free cake! You’ll also be invited to member-only happy hours and member appreciation days, and, of course, a free bundtlet on your birthday. Do I earn points on delivery?
Yes! You do earn points for delivery orders placed through our free app. Should you place your order through another method, such as our website or in a bakery, you can upload your receipt for points within 14 days of purchase. Third-party orders, such as those placed through DoorDash or Uber Eats, do not earn points.

What happened to the punch cards?
We discontinued our punch card program in September 2024 when it was replaced with our free loyalty program, Bundtastic Rewards™. Check out all the great member perks, including free cake on your birthday, at www.nothingbundtcakes.com/bundtastic-rewards/ or by downloading our gateway to goodness—our free Nothing Bundt Cakes® app—available in both iPhone and Android formats.

How can I get coupons and offers from Nothing Bundt Cakes®?
Easy! Join Bundtastic Rewards™, our free loyalty program available through our free Nothing Bundt Cakes® app, or sign up for our free eClub email program. Check out www.nothingbundtcakes.com/bundtastic-rewards/ for full program benefits and perks. You must be 18 years of age or older to join and have an active email address and our app.

Do you do anything special for birthdays?
Yes! We want to celebrate you, and we would love to give you a free Bundtlet on your birthday in our bakeries! You just need to be a member of our free loyalty program, Bundtastic Rewards™.  You may also be asked to show the email or app notification so we can scan the barcode.

How do I get my free birthday bundtlet?
Stroll right into your favorite bakery and show one of our Joy Creators your birthday email or app notification. Your email should arrive approximately one week prior to your birthday. (This assumes, of course, that you gave us your birthdate!) Your individual birthday bundtlet offer is good from the time you get your email to 7 days after your birthday.

What is Bundts & Books?
Books & Bundts is our youth reading program for pre-K through elementary students that celebrates the joy of reading. It’s easy and free with delicious results. Contact your local bakery to see if they are participating and to learn more.

Do you offer any exclusive discounts (e.g. military, first responders, teachers, nurses, students, senior citizens, etc.)?
Discounts vary by location, so we recommend contacting your local bakery for more information. We often have promotions for National Nurse’s Day, Teacher Appreciation Week, Veteran’s Day, and our military and first responders. For all other promotions/offers, join our free loyalty program, Bundtastic Rewards™!

How can I change my preferred bakery once I’m part of Bundtastic Rewards™?
Thank you for being a Bundtastic member! Find any email you've received from Nothing Bundt Cakes®, scroll down to the Preferred Bakery section and click Log In or Create an Account. On the right side, look for Preferred Bakery, then click Change Bakery to select your preferred bakery location.

Can I quit Bundtastic Rewards™?
Of course. We hate to see you go, but you can just delete your member account in the Nothing Bundt Cakes® app. From the menu, choose Account. Then Request Account Removal. You will forfeit any points or rewards you’ve earned upon deletion, and they cannot be restored once the account is cancelled. You can also unsubscribe from our emails without losing your loyalty account.

How do I know if I’m a winner for a giveaway or contest Nothing Bundt Cakes® ran on social media?
If congratulations are in order and you’ve been selected as a winner of a giveaway, our Nothing Bundt Cakes® account (@NothingBundtCakes) will direct message you on the social platform in which the giveaway was run. Please note that for giveaways, we will never ask for personal data beyond a name, email or mailing address. If you’ve been awarded loyalty points, we may need a bit more info, but you will have direct contact with a Nothing Bundt Cakes® team member.

Can I purchase a gift card online?
What a great way to give joy! Alas, purchasing gift cards online is not available right now but can be obtained in any of our bakeries. Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination up to $1,000.

If you need to purchase a large quantity of gift cards, we recommend contacting your preferred bakery to facilitate purchase. Please note, gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Can I redeem my gift card online?
At this time, gift cards cannot be redeemed when placing an order online, but we are happy to accept them in any of our bakeries. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit cards.

Do you offer catering?
Yes. Nothing Bundt Cakes catering makes it easy to celebrate any occasion, including birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and corporate events. We use ezCater, which provides a seamless ordering experience, along with 24/7 customer support. An order minimum of $75 and a 4-hour lead time is required. Delivery is available up to 20 miles from your nearest bakery. Place your order here.

Do you offer wedding cakes?
We’d love to be part of your celebration! For ideas on how Nothing Bundt Cakes® can be part of your wedding day, visit www.nothingbundtcakes.com/occasions/weddings. To get an idea of what it will cost, contact the bakery closest to your venue. (But you know that your guests will love it!)
